No. This is not a quick-fix diet. While we encourage a nutrient-dense way of eating, we focus on understanding your body’s unique needs and partnering with you to create a sustainable lifestyle you enjoy.

Programs are available in 6-week to 3-month formats, depending on your goals. Laura will help you choose the best path during your consultation.
